We will make every effort to avoid conflicts of interest that may arise between the company and our customers. We maintain strict confidentiality of information and will not disclose, authorize the disclosure of, or use confidential information for the benefit of third parties unless given permission by the owner or required by law.
We will not misrepresent or withhold information on the performance of our products, systems, or services unless legally bound by confidentiality. We will ensure that our customers receive the best advice possible, regardless of whether it benefits the company.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our products and services or their lack of operation or availability.
Clients must agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services. If we discover any client breaking any law or regulation related to our services, we will terminate their account, and no refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our service offering if we believe that the services are being used in bad faith or negatively impacting other customers.
We charge have the following charges:
Domain registration per year: £10 (including renewals)
Transfer to another registrar: £20
We will email you regarding domain expiry on the following key dates:
1. 30 days prior to renewal
2. On the expiry date
3. When the domain becomes suspended
If we don't receive any communications regarding renewal, we will not renew the domain on your behalf.
When you register or host a .uk domain with us, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registrations set forth by the underlying registry, Nominet.
To ensure the accuracy of registrant data provided for domain registrations, we will perform validation procedures. For personal registrations, we will validate against billing details provided for payment of up-front invoices (e.g., verified credit card address). For businesses, we will validate against Companies House records. If any validation fails or we are unsatisfied with the detail supplied, we will request proof of details, such as personal identification or business bills.
If any address information supplied cannot be verified, it may cause delays in the registration of domains. We will conduct periodic checks to ensure that contact details remain accurate.
Please note that failure to notify us of any changes to your details may result in the suspension and/or termination of your domain registrations.
We are committed to responding to all customer communications, requests, or complaints within two working days and completing requests within three working days of the initial contact.
In regards to domain name renewals and expirations, we will send an expiry notice to you via email no earlier than 28 days and no later than 7 days prior to the expiry date of the domain. We will allow you to renew a domain name and keep the registration in your name if you request renewal up to one day before the point at which Nominet would cancel and delete the domain name, provided that the renewal does not breach any of our terms and conditions or those of the Nominet Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration. To proceed with your renewal, you must complete our data verification form and agree to the current terms and conditions at the time of your request.

In the event that we do not meet our service level commitments or fail to meet your expectations, please notify us by submitting a complaint using our Contact Us form and providing as much detail as possible. We take every complaint seriously and will give it our utmost attention until it is resolved to your satisfaction.
If your complaint pertains to .UK domain registrations, renewals, or expirations and is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to Nominet, or request a free domain transfer to a registrar of your choice.
We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 3 working days, but usually much faster (within 24 hours), for every complaint received.
